霹靂霹靂醬 Piri Piri Sauce

材料 Ingredients
紅椒 Red pepper 1 個 ea
鳥眼辣椒 Bird's eye chili (piri piri)4 根 ea
大蒜 Garlic 3 瓣 glove
薑片 Ginger slice 4 片 slice
紅蔥頭(大) Shallot (large) 1 顆 ea
香菜 Cilantro 1 小把 small bunch
月桂葉 Bay leaf 2 葉 leaf
特級初炸橄欖油 Extra virgin olive oil 1 杯 cup
蘋果醋 Apple cider vinegar 1/4 杯 cup
新鮮檸檬汁 Fresh lemon juice 1/4 杯 cup
鹽 Salt2 小匙 tsp
黑胡椒 Grounded black pepper 1/2 小匙 tsp
紅燈籠辣椒粉 Paprika 1 小匙 tsp
霹靂霹靂醬圖片

註﹕鳥眼辣椒即為泰國辣椒,也可以用其它辣椒替代。請隨喜好的辣度調整份量。

Note: Bird eye's chili is same as Thai chili. You can substitute it with other chili. Please adjust the quantity of the chili as desired.

做法﹕
1.參考烤彩椒將紅椒烤黑去皮。大蒜和紅蔥頭去皮。辣椒去蒂去籽。
2.把所有材料放進食物處理機打勻即可。



PROCEDURE:
1.Refer to Roasted Pepper to roast and peel the red pepper. Peel and garlic and shallot. Remove the stem and seeds of the Thai chili.
2.Place all the ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
